Retirement Plans
We conduct provider analyses after onboarding and as needed and work with you to help clarify the objectives of your business or organization, your employees and identify potential cost savings or other enhancements. Once a new provider is selected, we help guide fiduciaries through the transition process and deliver education to employees on enhancements and new offering(s).

While we work with all recordkeeper providers, third party administrators and payroll providers, Polaris will offer recommendations on service providers to create cost and administrative efficiencies. 2. We’ll help you choose solutions such as benefits administration, payroll, retirement plan recordkeeping, investment management and financial wellness that will effectively meet employee and organization requirements and objectives.
We monitor key plan-level success metrics; select, monitor, and evaluate plan investment options and performance. We can serve as 3(21) Co-Fiduciary; 3(38) Fiduciary; and offer Model Portfolio services.
We tailor education meetings and offerings to help maximize employee understanding, utilization, and appreciation of benefits. We can also provide specialized guidance for owners, c-suite and senior staff.
